To be eligible for an accreditation survey,
health care organisation shall:
- Be a member of MSQH.
- The facility provides services covered
by the MSQH standards.
- Have a current "license" as required by
municipal, state or federal legislation.
- Have been in operation for at least
twelve (12) months prior to the survey.
- Ensure the availability of those
services necessary to fulfill the
organisation's mission. These services may
be provided within the organisation or
through the use of acceptable community or
regional resources.
- Complete and return an "Application for
Survey".
