It includes materials, presentation and modules
that allow authorized person to download. |

Partnership with STANDARDS MALAYSIA |

MSQH signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
with Standards Malaysia on 19 November 2009. The
MoU was signed between Datin Paduka Siti
Sa'adiah Sheikh Bakir, President of MSQH and
Puan Fadilah Baharin, Director General of
Standards Malaysia, witnessed by Y.B. Datuk Seri
Dr. Maximus Johnity Ongkili, Minister of
Science, Technology and Innovation and Y.Bhg.
Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Ahmad Tajuddin Ali, Chairman
of the Malaysian Council on Standards and
Accreditation (MSDAM). The MoU further
recognised and strengthened the existing
partnership between MSQH and Standards Malaysia.
Among the areas of collaboration suggested in
the MoU are capacity building and technical
collaboration in health care related
activities.

Standards
Malaysia is also represented in the MSQH
Committee by its Director General, Puan Fadilah
Baharin. This collaboration signifies the
recognition of MSQH as the premier accrediting
body for health care facilities and services in
Malaysia.

Accreditation Certification |
|
MSQH is the 1st accrediting body in
South East Asia (2nd in Asia) to have
its organization and standards
internationally accredited by ISQua for
a four year period from August 2008 to
July 2012. |

| As at 31st December 2009, MSQH
has joined 16 other countries in the world to
receive the ISQua Organisational certification
and 31 other countries to receive the ISQua
Standards certification. The conferment of the
ISQua award was done by ISQua President, Prof.
Dr. Bruce Barraclough and witnessed by Datuk Dr.
Noor Hisham bin Abdullah, Deputy Director
General of Health (Medical), Ministry of Health
Malaysia on 13 December 2008. |
