International Consultant - Mr. Len Payne

MSQH invited Mr Len Payne, Consultant from ISQua and the Australian Council on Health Services (ACHS) to assist MSQH from 17 th July to 29 th July 2005 and to act as co-chairman for two surveys namely Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Pantai Medical Centre in:

• providing active educational inputs and facilitate decision making process for the above surveys
• developing a report on the accreditation survey process and recommend ways for improvement
• reviewing the current MSQH Hospital Accreditation activities and provide recommendations towards future progress and also towards ISQUA Accreditation Federation Council Certification
