Patient Safety Council

Patient Safety Council of Malaysia (PSCOM) Meeting, 10 th December 2004:

• The meeting was chaired by Datuk Dr Abdul Gani Bin Mohammed Din, Deputy Director-General of Health Malaysia (Medical). Puan Jasimah Hassan attended the meeting on behalf of MSQH.

Relevant issues discussed:

• The establishment of a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) for the development of a standard policies and strategies, identify issues that is relevant to area concern and to perform research into core issues in the identified issues that is relevant.

• To conduct more frequent meetings yearly .

• Issuance of Appointment Letter to respective head and members in PSCOM’s TAC .
