Eligibility

To be eligible for an accreditation survey, health care organisation shall:

  • Be a member of MSQH.
  • The facility provides services covered by the MSQH standards.
  • Have a current "license" as required by municipal, state or federal
    legislation.
  • Have been in operation for at least twelve (12) months prior to the
    survey.
  • Ensure the availability of those services necessary to fulfill the organisation's mission. These services may be provided within the organisation or through the use of acceptable community or regional resources.
  • Complete and return an "Application for Survey".
