The MSQH Electronic Healthcare Accreditation Program (My eHAP) is a web based application to capture essential data to comply with the MSQH Hospital Accreditation Program 4th Edition. The application has been designed under the guidance of a steering committee comprising surveyors, quality managers and information technology personnel.
The Self-Assessment Survey Questionnaires should be completed using MSQH Electronic Healthcare Accreditation Program (My eHAP) and submit to the MSQH six weeks prior to the actual survey.Read More
