Objectives
Participants shall be able to:
Understand their roles and functions as MSQH Surveyors, and internalize the values, philosophy and principles of MSQH Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities and Services.
Understand and interpret the 6th edition MSQH Hospital Accreditation Standards.
Assess and provide appropriate rating scale based on compliance to the standards.
Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills to conduct accreditation survey of hospitals.
Conduct analytical skills and identify opportunities for improvement, prepare survey reports and make appropriate recommendations where relevant.

Description
The MSQH Surveyor Training Programme is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to conduct accreditation surveys. The programme focuses on understanding MSQH standards, effective assessment methodologies, professional conduct, report writing, and promoting quality and patient safety. Participants will gain hands-on experience and insights to carry out surveys with integrity, consistency, and excellence, contributing to the continuous improvement of healthcare services.
Certificate
All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance from MSQH after achieved at least 75% attendance
